Salon de Ratna ~ Fabulous World Membership Terms

These Terms set forth the conditions for using the members-only online salon "Salon de Ratna ~ Fabulous World" operated by Devina Society Inc. ("Operator"). By completing membership application, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Definitions)
- "Salon" means the membership-based online salon "Salon de Ratna ~ Fabulous World."
- "Member" means an individual who agrees to these Terms, completes the required application process, and is approved by the Operator.
- "Tier" means the membership category (Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond).
- "Content" means all videos, audio, text, images, and similar materials provided through the Salon.
Article 2 (Membership Tiers and Monthly Fees)
The Salon consists of the following four tiers. Admission or upgrade to Tier 2 or above requires meeting separate conditions such as membership period, referral, and screening.

Article 3 (Eligibility)
- Individuals residing in Japan and aged 18 or older (minors require legal guardian consent)
- Agreement to these Terms
- No prior forced termination record
- No affiliation with antisocial forces
- Corporate or organizational memberships are not accepted.
Article 4 (Membership Application Procedure)
- Applicants must submit required information through the official website form and agree to these Terms.
- Membership becomes effective upon approval by the Operator.
- Registered information must be accurate and up-to-date; false declarations may result in suspension or termination.
Article 5 (Payment of Membership Fees)
- Monthly fees are processed via Stripe and billed automatically each month based on the enrollment date.
- Tier 4 may require a separate admission fee at enrollment.
- Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express).
Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)
- Cancellation must be made via the prescribed method on the official website.
- If completed by 23:59 on the day before the next billing date, billing stops from the following month.
- No prorated refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)
- Unauthorized reproduction or disclosure of content or member information
- Defamation, harassment, sales activities, or solicitation
- Transfer or lending of membership rights
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Operator
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
- The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to these Terms.
